This paper uses the research method of intelligent logistics to design assembly points of RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS. First of all, this paper sorts out the operation of RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS and build a railway topology network. After that, this paper designs three evaluation indicators. These indicators are network connectivity level, economic development level, RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS development level. Finally, this paper uses TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive score of each candidate city and analyzes their respective radiation range. 近年来,中国国家铁路集团有限公司出台政策,大力鼓励发展海铁快线RS,以增强货运产品的供应能力,实现不同运输方式之间的无缝对接。产品服务网络是物流活动高效运行的基本前提和条件。为适应日益增长的海铁联运需求,为客户提供更优质的物流服务。中国铁路集团有限公司需要科学规划铁海快线RS网络。本文运用智能物流的研究方法对海铁快线集散点进行了设计。首先,对海铁快线集散点的运营进行了梳理,并构建了铁路拓扑网络。然后,设计了三个评价指标。这些指标是网络连通性水平、经济发展水平、铁海快线RS发展水平。最后,采用TOPSIS方法计算各候选城市的综合得分,并分析其各自的辐射范围。运用智能物流的研究方法,选取了12个一级货源装配点和16个二级货源装配点。
