From the collection and analysis of data, it found was that the feed in your physical structure there are some non-conformities with NR-12 standard items, such as gaps in the flooring and exposed parts of the machinery. Calculate the WBGT showed that thermal stress occurs in all environments evaluated in the afternoon, especially in sheds, which receives greater solar incidence, requiring deployment of natural surroundings of shading sheds and increase in the number of fans for the shed with artificial ventilation. The noise was above the limit of tolerance just in the feed, since the lighting is inadequate in all environments composed as lux below the minimum value recommended by NBR 5413, ergonomic evaluation found high and medium risk attitudes with the need for immediate actions. The study of particle sizes, showed a higher incidence of thoracic particles in sheds, in all environments it is necessary the use of individual protection equipment and training to ensure that workers are aware of the risks and the prevention of accidents and diseases of the job.
