The study was conducted from May 2022 to November 2022, and the quantitative results are as follows:1) The biggest challenge for lecturers is the cognitive overload caused by e-education, with the Degree of approval index (DAI); 2) and the highest approval index (HAI) for students' lack of self-directed learning ability and self-control; 3) From an environmental point of view, network stability issues plague all respondents (lecturers, students) and are the most urgent problem to solve. Abstract

The purpose of the study explores the challenges of online education from three aspects, include: lecturers, students, and the external environment. 沈阳建筑大学网络学习面临的挑战
本研究的目的是探讨在线教育的挑战,从三个方面,包括:讲师,学生和外部环境。本文采用李克特量表对沈阳建筑大学8个学院的389名师生进行在线问卷调查,测量师生对疫情期间在线学习挑战的认同程度,通过定量分析找出教师、学生和外部环境面临的最重要挑战,并针对各种问题提出建议。研究时间为2022年5月至2022年11月,量化结果如下:1)教师面临的最大挑战是网络教育带来的认知超载,认可度指数(DAI);2)学生自主学习能力和自我控制能力不足的认可指数(HAI)最高;3)从环境的角度来看,网络稳定性问题困扰着所有受访者(讲师,学生),是最迫切需要解决的问题。在进一步的数据分析中,我们发现年龄和自我控制能力对认知负荷也有影响。
