Abstract

The transformation of local and territorial coo-peration and integration scenarios makes it pos-sible to strengthen the capacities and the degree of associativity as an accompaniment process to permeate the networking of rural associations in the department of Caldas. For this, Law 1461, in article 61, regulates the Colombian Rural Registry and Law 454 (1998) regulates the set of social forces organized in associative ways, to strengthen the capacities and the degree of associativity as an accompaniment process that allows permeating Networking of rural associations. Associativity becomes an efficient model for the benefit of farmers in the field, in order to improve their access to new markets, achieve formalization of work and the development of business skills. ( National Journal of Agriculture , 2013). research with a 55% participation with products such as: lulo, passion fruit, blackberry, lemon, tomato, avocado and coffee; followed by the artisanal sector with a 27% participation in products such as: raw envelopes, paper, art, musical instruments, furniture (made in gua-dua) and that the environmental sector and urban tourism participate with 9% each.
