The results of raising the level of qualifications of the organization's specialists are presented. Abstract
The article discusses the experience of using the method of supervision at KSI "Karaganda regional psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation" as one of the ways to increase the level of professional competence of the organization's specialists. Some theoretical basics of this method are considered; it is known that supervision and intervision came to pedagogy from clinical psychology.
