Research on Index System of Highway Project Social Impact Post-Evaluation

Abstract

In view of the complexity of social impact post-evaluation and shortage of theoretical basis and scientific method for setting up index system of social impact post-evaluation, this paper mainly defined the concept and content of highway social impact post-evaluation based on the analysis of literature survey, and then established 25 index systems of four levels, and finally tested the reliability of the index system in a case study--Beijing-Shanghai Highway (Phase II in Tianjin Section) by mathematical statistical methods, which showed that the index system is of high reliability.
