Improved AC_BMH Algorithm for String Matching 改进的AC_BMH字符串匹配算法

An improved AC_BMH (Aho-Corasick_Boyer-Moore-Horspool) algorithm was proposed in this paper, which combines advantages of both double-character skip and QS (Quick Search) algorithm, and increases the jumping distance of pattern string when pattern strings matching fails, at the same time, decreases the amount of memory usage by employing compact storage mechanism. Experiment results show that the matching speed of string is improved by 22.85%-42.79% by using the proposed algorithm, and the amount of memory used reduces about 90% with many pattern strings existed.

Discipline-Ontology Based Learning Resources Semantic Retrieval Algorithm 基于学科本体的学习资源语义检索算法

There is much difference among learners and learning resource providers when the semantic of learning resources is understood and expressed, and it is the important reason which causes lower accuracy in learning resources retrieval. In order to resolve the problem above, three mechanisms are applied as follows: 1) Discipline Ontology is constructed, which is the formalization for concepts and the relationships between concepts existing in some discipline domain. OWL is adopted as Discipline Ontology description language; 2) Inference rules are defined on the basis of Discipline Ontology. Semantic extension on keyword from user is performed by using Jena inference engine and inference rules , so as to better interpret and describe the requirement; 3) Learning resource metadata is extracted and defined by following Learning Resource Meta-data Specification, so as to provide formal description for learning resources. A semantic retrieval framework for learning resources is presented, and the process of learning resource semantic retrieval algorithm is discussed in detail. Firstly, the semantic extension on inquiry keyword from user is performed on the basis of Discipline Ontology; secondly, by using the improved similarity calculating formula, the keywords produced by semantic extension are sequenced. A set of keywords which have higher similarity with inquiry keyword are sorted out, and are used as inquiry keywords; then, search is performed on the basis of inquiry keywords and learning resource metadata. A set of descriptions for learning resources, which probably meet the requirement of user, is sent to user. The algorithm provides an approach for learning resource retrieval, and is able to support the effective access on learning resources.

Key Techniques of Multicast Communication for Network on Chip 片上网络组播通信关键技术

With the increase of communications between lots of cores, traditional unicast communication is not enough to satisfy on-chip application requirements . Multicast communication rarely considered in NoC, can ease the resource burden, use the bandwidth efficiently in order to achieve cache coherency protocol to support faster and more efficient collective communication. Several typical multicast routing and deadlock avoidance algorithms are provided and the popular multicast mechanisms for NoC are compared and analyzed respectively. Simulation experiments show that the multicast has smaller network latency ,average hops, applied load per router and better link utilization than unicast without congestion. Then, a new prediction based congestion avoidance scheme for multicast communication of NoC is proposed. So, it is a good approach to improve NoC performance by employing multicast support mechanism effectively.

in this paper, post-financial crisis era and the world are seeking for low-carbon, eco-economic growth and national governments are seeking to develop the internet of things industry. Through our research, it shows that China's carbon emissions 75% concentrated in urban cities, to pursue low-carbon, eco-development path lies in China's urban carbon emissions management; Chinese cities, the management of the department of serious difficulties in its management model, sharing of information between departments are difficult to coordinate the performance; Based on the above studies, we believe that China urban management lies in: Addressing China's traditional urban management inter-departmental "information island" problem, so that a more coordinated cooperation between various departments , In a more coordinated inter-departmental co-operation, work more efficiently; using the digital model of urban management, improve quality and efficiency of decision-making; strengthen China's IOT industry and the convergence between the information industry to develop a modern city management personnel, developed with independent intellectual property rights in China Digital City integrated information platform, do a good job of national security while increasing the level of China's urban management and quality.

The Research on the Incentive Mechanism on the Professional Managers in the Proxy-Agency Hotels 代理酒店职业经理人激励机制研究

The hotel industry's demand for the professional manager has become increasingly urgent,making use of professional managers who are conversant with managing knowledge and experience to manage the enterprises meets the needs of the hotel managing model of modern economy. Professional managers have played an extremely important role in the development of the hotels. To incentive professional managers to fully play their managing ability, making higher and higher value for the enterprises simply become the most important focus of the hotels' development. Based on the analyses of hotel owners and professional managers of the Proxy-Agency Hotels, this paper will study to establish the effective countermeasures and methods for the incentive mechanism on the professional managers in the proxy-agency hotels, creating a healthy condition for the growth of professional managers in the proxy-agency hotels.

Evaluation of Property Insurance Companies' Business Performance Based on ANP 基于ANP的财产保险公司经营绩效评价

According to characters of property insurance companies' risk classification and low transparency of property insurance institutions' information, the paper builds evaluation index system and a evaluation model for property insurance companies' business performance by Analytic Network Process. Then it analyzes business performance by using empirical data from China's Insurance Yearbook. The empirical study shows that the method is effective, and can objectively assess the comprehensive business performance. It provides a basis for comparison of property insurance companies.
针对财产保险公司风险分类和财产保险机构信息不透明的特点,运用网络分析法构建了财产保险公司经营绩效评价指标体系和评价模型。然后利用《中国保险年鉴》的实证数据对企业绩效进行分析。实证研究表明,该方法是有效的,能够客观地评价企业的综合经营绩效。为财险公司的比较提供了依据。

Development of an Online Real-Time Video Presentation System in Education 教育在线实时视频演示系统的开发

The traditional way to composite texts and images over a video clip for presentation encounters such problems as time consuming, instructor skill scarcity, video retrieval difficulty, and video quality loss, especially, in internet high-compressed video materials. To solve these problems we develop a real-time remix platform for video-based presentation which can edit and synchronize online/offline video materials, texts, and images simultaneously. This system provides B/S architecture for users to control the program on a server through a client. The system's other features include application of adaptive program for different video formats, saving of annotations and other mixed media data in XML files for future reuse, and employment of Ajax to refresh user's work instantly. Further, some implementations of the system are explored in language learning and physical education.

This paper demonstrates a new E-Learning/E-Business experience using mobile Augmented Reality (AR). We address the greatest limitation of current E-learning/E-business systems. We propose the use of advanced augmented reality, mobile computing and communication techniques, and demonstrate many advantages of such an augmented reality system. We introduce several important adaptations to incorporate them into the mobile AR system to enhance the real-world performance.

Decision Making of Hotel Room Allocation: A Statistic Game 酒店客房分配决策:一个统计博弈

We established a two-player two-fare-class (high-fare and low-fare) static game model to solve the hotel room inventory control problem. Under this game theoretic setting, we obtained the optimal rationing policies for the two hotels under competitive situations. Our study indicates some important managerial implications on this revenue management problem: First, our game model indicates that as a best response, one hotel should always decrease its booking limit for low-fare customer by more than one unit if another hotel increases the low-fare booking limit by one unit, and vice versa. Secondly, we have proved the existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibrium in the competitive situation. Finally, we have presented the structural properties of Nash equilibria in different situations.

Grid Task Scheduling Based on Advanced No Velocity PSO 基于先进无速度粒子群算法的网格任务调度

In computational grid environment, the task scheduling problem can be stated as finding a schedule scheme for a series of tasks to be executed on multiple resources, so that the task completion time can be minimized. There have been a lot of researches on scheduling algorithm, and heuristic approach have played very good role. For example, Genetic Algorithms, Simulated Annealing Algorithm, Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm all have been applied to the scheduling problem. Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm has been shown good performance in many areas. Some experiments showed that it is better than Genetic Algorithms. In this paper, an efficient task scheduling method based on an advanced no velocity Particle Swarm Optimization is proposed. Simulation results in comparing the advanced no velocity Particle Swarm Optimization method and Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm are presented.
