This paper first defines the development characteristics of intelligent logistics data governance and technology from the perspective of concept and technology, and clarifies the development process and evolution law of intelligent logistics data governance framework. Then draw lessons from mature enterprise cases in the industry, summarize the status quo of China's intelligent logistics data governance and technology development. Finally, suggestions and prospects for the future development of data governance and technology of intelligent logistics are put forward from the aspects of policy. The results show that the government should adhere to national unity and cooperation, lead the construction of intelligent logistics industry, promote the construction of online and offline platforms, the logistics industry should actively carry out digital transformation, improve distribution efficiency, enterprises should pay attention to the development of intelligent technology, strengthen the construction of digital talent pool. Abstract

With the rapid development of logistics industry to the intelligent logistics era of high flexibility, high coordination and high efficiency, intelligent logistics data governance and intelligent logistics technology promote each other and have an important impact on the development ecology of intelligent manufacturing. This paper first defines the development characteristics of intelligent logistics data governance and technology from the perspective of concept and technology, and clarifies the development process and evolution law of intelligent logistics data governance framework. 大数据背景下的智能物流数据治理与技术研究
随着物流业向高柔性、高协调、高效率的智能物流时代快速发展,智能物流数据治理与智能物流技术相互促进,对智能制造的发展生态产生重要影响。本文首先从概念和技术的角度界定了智能物流数据治理与技术的发展特征,并明确了智能物流数据治理框架的发展过程和演化规律。然后借鉴业内成熟的企业案例,总结中国智能物流数据治理与技术发展的现状。最后,从政策层面对智能物流数据治理和技术的未来发展提出建议和展望。研究结果表明,政府应坚持全国团结合作,引领智能物流业建设,推动线上线下平台建设,物流业应积极开展数字化转型,提高配送效率,企业应重视智能技术的发展,加强数字化人才库建设。从这三个角度得出的结论和建议为中国智能物流的发展提供了参考。
