This research instruments are: observation and questioner, the questioner was used to obtain the Teenager attitude toward hate speech phenomenon in society. Research design that used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. There are fifty teenagers as respondents in this research, the research analysis by using an interactive model of miles and Huberman.
