Materials and Methods: The research is analytical-cross-sectional type. The research was conducted by face-to-face interview with 140 mothers were accompanying 18-48 months-old-children with chronic diseases in a university hospital in western Turkey between February 2021 and March 2022 and agreed to participate in the study. Data collection tools are Sociodemographic Form, Parenting Scale, Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Form. Results: It was found that the mothers' smartphone addiction scale mean scores were low. It was found that the mean scores of the parenting scale were low, but they showed positive parenting.
