The main aim of this research was to examine the non-monetary factors affecting employee performance in Kurdistan region of Iraq as general and Erbil as particular. However, the researcher developed five research hypotheses to be tested and measured to evaluate employee performance during financial crises. The researcher implemented simple regression analysis to measure the developed research hypotheses, it was found that the highest value was for job security, this indicates the job security has the most powerful and positive association with employee performance during financial crisis, on the other hand the least powerful was found to be job enrichment that influences and related to employee performance during financial crisis in Kurdistan region of Iraq.
