The current production for energy consumption generates harmful impacts of carbon dioxide to the environment causing instability to sustainable development goals. The constitutional reforms of British Government serve to be an important means of resolving any encountered incompatibilities to political environment. This study aims to evaluate green economy using developed equation for renewable energy towards political polarization of corporate governance. The Kano Model Assessment is used to measure the equivalency of 1970 Patents Act to UK Intellectual Property tabulating the criteria for the fulfillment of sustainable development goals in respect to the environment, artificial intelligence, and dynamic dichotomy of administrative agencies and presidential restriction, as statutory interpretation development to renewable energy. The constitutional forms of British government satisfy the sustainable development goals needed to fight climate change, advocate healthy ecosystem, promote leadership of magnates, and delegate responsibilities towards green economy. The presidential partisanship must be observed to delineate parties of concerns and execute the government prescriptions in equivalence to the dichotomous relationship of technology and the environment in fulfilling the rights and privileges of all citizens. Hence, the political elites can execute corporate governance towards sustainable development of renewable energy promoting environmental parks and zero emission target of carbon dioxide discharges. The economic theory developed in statutory interpretation for renewable energy serves as a tool to reduce detrimental impacts of carbon dioxide to the environment, mitigate climate change, and produce artefacts of bioenergy and artificial intelligence promoting sustainable development. It is suggested to explore other vulnerabilities of artificial intelligence to prosper economic success.

The workforce in various industries, particularly the BPO industry, experiences significant impacts from digital workplace transformation. It is affected by employee skill levels, knowledge, efficiency, and rationalization. This research aims to investigate the impact of digital workplace transformation on work culture, represented by the following variables: employee retention, motivation, and productivity. Participants in this study work as front-office customer service representatives (CSR) for business processing outsourcing (BPO) companies in the Philippines, specifically the top BPO companies on the list issued by the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). Using a mixed method approach, the researchers incorporated qualitative and quantitative data for this study, allowing them to compile all the necessary information. Using Somer's delta, the researchers identified the association between the dependent and independent variables. After analyzing the data, researchers found that the development of the digital workplace positively impacts work culture. At the same time, the shift to a digital workplace benefits worker productivity, motivation, and retention. On the contrary, with the interview results of the study conducted with the respective team leaders of these employees, the researchers discovered that despite the magnificent benefits of digital workplace transformation, it can still cause stress and work overload. In conclusion, our research findings contradicted our initial hypothesis that the digital workplace would not significantly impact work culture in BPO companies. Instead, we discovered that digital workplace transformation impacts employee retention, motivation, and productivity. The transformation to a digital workplace progressively enhances the quality of work performed by customer service representatives in BPO companies, leading to a better work experience. Researchers recommend that BPO companies focus on skills development, effective communication, work environment enhancements, and supervisor support to ensure a successful transformation.

This study intended to identify the effect of credit information bureau and appraisal methods on performance of commercial banks in Mwanza Region. Specifically, the study intended to assess the effect of Credit Reference Bureaus’ information sharing on the credit performance of commercial banks, to assess the effect of the credit scoring appraisal method employed on the performance of commercial banks and to assess the effect of non-performing loans on the performances of Commercial Banks in the Mwanza Region. The study was guided by three theories; the theory of asymmetric information, moral hazard theory and multiple - bank lending model. The study adopted a descriptive research design, sampling 105 respondents randomly and purposefully and collected data through questionnaires. The aim is to establish the effect of credit information bureau and appraisal credit scoring methods on the performance of commercial banks in the Mwanza Region. Results revealed that credit information bureau had a positive, strong effect on the credit performance of commercial banks, and this effect is significant in Mwanza region. Non-performing loans had a positive, weak effect on the credit performance of commercial bank and it was not significant. Finally the credit scoring appraisal approach has a negative, weak effect on commercial bank credit performance. The study concluded that credit information bureau has a significant influence on credit performance of commercial banks and therefore should be used to reduce non-performing loans. The study recommended that banks should continue to use the credit reference bureau’s information-sharing services as it enhances their profitability through the reduction of non-performing loans.

The study was carried out with the goal of analyzing and studying the factors affecting the intention to donate money on social networking platforms of young people living and working in Hanoi. In the study, the authors used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to provide a complete scale before entering into the official research. With 383 questionnaires with valid answers, all of these people have participated in online support through different social networking platforms. The results received from the survey were processed and analyzed using the supporting software SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25. Finally, the results obtained show the importance of social networks for the effectiveness of charity fundraising in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the research team found that only the reputation of the organization and the knowledge, as well as subjective standards of the participants in favor, indirectly influenced their intention to donate to charity through belief and attitude.

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and job performance at selected private businesses in Kurdistan region of Iraq. Using a quantitative search strategy, this study analyzed and measured organizational justice practice and its effect on achieving job performance using a descriptive analytic approach. The effect of organizational justice on workers' productivity was measured with a survey done in the field. Researchers used a questionnaire as their main data collection tool and put it through rigorous testing to make sure it was valid and reliable. Twenty percent of the community study's 120 staff members working in Iraq's Kurdistan region used a simple, random sample. All participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire, and 120 were returned. However, 8 were disqualified from further statistical analysis due to technical flaws, leaving a total of 112 usable questionnaires. The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and job performance. Moreover, it was found that procedural justice has the strongest relationship with job performance.
