The population is all employees of PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan. The sample used was 35 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Human relations partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan, (2) The work environment partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan, (3) Human relations and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Abstract
This research was conducted to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of human relations and work environment on performance at PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan. 本研究旨在找出人际关系和工作环境对PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan员工绩效的部分和同时影响。本研究采用定量方法，通过观察、访谈和发放问卷等方法收集数据。人口都是PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan的员工。使用的样本是35人。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归。结果表明:(1)人际关系对PT.
