Abstract

Distributed energy technologies are playing an increasingly important role in the world's energy portfolio. Different distributed generation (DG) units can built up a virtual power plant including renewable resources and cogeneration systems. The combined heat and power (CHP) technologies use the primary fuel with high efficiency.
