The paper starts with the analysis of classroom teaching elements for applied talents education, and builds the flipped classroom teaching mode based on CDIO. Secondly, discussing how to set up the flipped classroom teaching model and bring it into the courses. The last part of the paper is my thoughts on the development of flipped classroom. The significant achievements have been obtained after two-year research and practice. The teaching quality has been improved substantially when the flipped classroom is applied. Abstract

To create the educational model of cultivating applied talents is one of the most important missions of higher educational reform, as the talents who apply to the industrial and economic development are the urgent demand for the society. 基于CDIO的工程教育翻转课堂教学模式
