Sixty-two factors were selected mainly considering the working experience of experts, managers and workers. These were categorized into four types factors: service quality, equipment state, human resources and external evaluation. the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) methodology was used for estimating and ranking the factors. Abstract

Coast radio station plays an important role in ensuring the safety of navigation of ships at sea, but there is little research on the evaluation of its communication as a system.
