IEC61850 protocol is widely used in power grid technology due to its various advantages. However, many communication protocols still used in industrial fields, leading to that different devices can’t be well compatible with each other which will result in the low utilization rate. MODBUS protocol is a widely used communication protocol in the industrial scope. This paper mainly study the MODBUS RTU and IEC61805, and then design the transformation of the two protocols by means of object-oriented modeling, as well as design Restful API interface to collect data for visualization. Abstract
