Then from three aspects of intelligence, progressiveness and practicability, the control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformers is discussed deeply, which concludes capacity conversion control, expert system function and prevention of disoperation, among them, many viewpoints are from the author's working practice in energy-saving equipment and smart device's application and management, thus has certain reference and significance. The load value calculation was given in this paper and the operation loss curve of S13-M.ZT-200(63) under large and small capacity situation was shown as well. Abstract

Currently, it's lack of systematic research on control strategy of operation and maintenance of on-load capacity regulating transformers, which causes insufficient depth of development of corresponding control devices with incomplete function and low intelligent degree, thus they are not convenient for users' electrical equipment and safety management. Under on this background, in order to make a deep discussion on control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformer, in this paper, the working principle of capacity regulating transformer is expounded and the connection modes of capacity regulating transformer are given. 有载容量调节变压器控制策略研究与探讨
目前,对有载容量调节变压器运维控制策略缺乏系统的研究,导致相应的控制装置开发深度不足,功能不全,智能化程度不高,不便于用户用电设备和安全管理。在此背景下,为了对有载容量调节变压器的控制策略进行深入探讨,本文阐述了容量调节变压器的工作原理,给出了容量调节变压器的接线方式。然后从智能性、先进性和实用性三个方面对有载容量调节变压器的控制策略进行了深入探讨,包括容量转换控制、专家系统功能和故障预防,其中许多观点来自笔者在节能设备和智能设备的应用与管理方面的工作实践,具有一定的参考和意义。本文给出了负荷值计算,并给出了S13-M.ZT-200(63)在大容量和小容量情况下的运行损耗曲线。通过本研究,开发了针对有载容量调节变压器控制策略的控制系统,可有效提高有载容量调节变压器的运行可靠性、安全性和设备管理水平。
