Considering the shortcomings of low precision, response lag and control instability of conventional PID controller in brushless dc motor speed control system, an intelligent controller is designed, which is combines RBFneural network with PID controller. This paper analyzed operating principle of the brushless dc motor, and deduced transfer function model of the controller. The control programs and control model of the designed controller were also provided. At last, the designed controller was validated through Mat lab software in the simulation. In the process of simulation, three parameters of PID were adjusted obviously by RBF-Neural Network. The results of simulation show that the designed controller is more effectively in improving the control performance and faster in response than conventional PID controller.

PLC has many advantages, such as simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance, therefore, it has been broadly applied in the elevator control. According to the author's work and learning experiences, based on the actual work in the old elevator renovation, this paper first worked out a programmable PLC technology solutions in four-story elevator control applications in the design and processing for he elevator control system random signal logic, and then discussed the design and PLC programming for the similar elevator system renovation. General aviation is an important part of the national emergency rescue system, how to make rational layout of general aviation airports have great significance for improving China's overall aviation emergency rescue. The paper studied region general aviation airports layout optimization through the analysis of influencing factors on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region general aviation airports layout. What's more, it used the calculation method of fire station response area to determine the general aviation airport emergency response time and service radius. Combining the population density, level of risk and economies of scale, this paper analyzed the scope of services of the airport of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and existing general aviation airports and optimized the layout, site selection and range of services in this area. Finally, the use of AHP helps determine the index weight of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region general aviation airports layout and ultimately determine the optimization program by the index evaluation. The study provides a reference for the city emergency rescue public infrastructure layout optimization.

By the wild observations and get some data about Lotus resources, we found that the lotuses in Beijing area generally have their early flowering season in early July, the simple flower blooming period among the popular varieties is around 3-4 days, while the flowers multitude blooming period can last more than one month, with much attractive ornamental value. During the year of 2010, having investigated the existing conditions of the lotus cultivation from 19 city parks in Beijing, we get the data that the lotus cultivation area is huge in the Old Summer Palace, Bei hai Park and Lian hua chi Park with large varieties, even the relevant flower cultural activities of lotus appreciation are held during the blooming session. Based on the numerical analysis, the article made recommendations to the development of the lotus appreciation tourism resources in the city Beijing.

In order to solve the problem of nonlinear maneuvering target tracking, a new cubature kalman filter (CKF) with constant acceleration model was researched. According to simulation result, CKF presented a problem of excessive delay when tracking maneuvering targets with fierce change on acceleration. In order to solve this problem, a backward iterative algorithm that amend the last state estimation with the predicted current state was applied in CKF (BI-CKF). By the end of this paper, a typical target model with turning maneuvering was applied to CKF and BI-CKF, the effect of the two algorithm were compared. The simulation results show that BI-CKF algorithm was better than CKF algorithm at dynamic characteristic.

In order to improve the generalization performance of SVR algorithm, intelligent algorithm is used to train the SVR parameters, which can make the parameters of SVR optimal. The improved support vector regression evaluation model is applied to the bidding area of agricultural project. The success of some project in some agricultural company proves the reliability and enforceability of the model. Content-Centric network is a new network architecture which proposed to accommodate future changes in network traffic patterns, and to acquire the native support for scalable and efficient content. Content caching mechanism is one of the key research issues. It is too concentrated in selecting caching nodes of existing mechanisms, serious uneven with cache load distribution, greatly reducing the systems cache performance and utilization of network resources. This paper presents a cooperative caching mechanism based on cache migration, to ensure that the contents is in more important nodes with consideration the centrality as much as possible. At the same time, when the pressure in the cache is too large, it could select the appropriate neighbor node to metastasize cached content through the available buffer space, cache replacement rate and the stability of network connection and so on. The simulation results show that this mechanism can improve the cache hit rate and resource utilization.

This study adopted the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the diaphragm effect of a 30 m diameter steel dome. The model takes into account the material nonlinearity and geometrical nonlinearity. The dome's mechanical response under static pressure was obtained. Riks method was adopted to trace the ultimate bearing capacity of the dome. Full comparisons are presented in this paper to illustrate the diaphragm effect of the dome. The results show that the diaphragm effect can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the dome.

Medical activities produce a huge amounts of medical data which include a large number of redundant data. Feature selection is an effective method to remove the redundant data. Selecting the feature attributes needs to determine a threshold. Currently, the thresholding value is mainly set by one's determination manually, which may lead to inaccurate threshold. In this paper proposes forward an adaptive threshold method combining Bhattacharyya distance and support vector machines (SVM). The experimental results show that the proposed method not only makes a high credibility threshold, but also improves classification work efficiency.
