Abstract

In the article the special software for automated measuring complex intended for research, adjustment and parametric synthesis of miniature high-selective band-pass microwave filters is offered. The architecture and algorithm of the automated measuring complex including the control computer and a set of control and measuring equipment (probe station, measuring signal generator, vector spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer and oscilloscope) are briefly considered. The results of measurements of experimental samples of microwave filters obtained using the developed software of the measuring complex are presented.
