The number of respondents in this study were 77 people. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of honorary nurses at the Rejang Lebong Regional General Hospital. 薪酬及动机对利邦县公立医院工作人员表现的影响
本研究旨在探讨薪酬与动机对瑞江乐邦地区总医院荣誉护士绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法,研究对象为瑞江乐邦地区总医院名誉护士,采用抽样方法,即总抽样技术。本次研究的调查对象为77人。在本研究中,作者采用了观察法、访谈法和发放问卷或调查问卷等数据收集方法。通过运用数据分析技术,采用仪器检验,即效度检验和信度检验,经典假设检验,即多重共线性检验,正态性检验。异方差检验、多元线性回归分析检验、决定系数(R2)和假设检验,即t检验和f检验。本研究结果表明,薪酬变量对乐邦地区综合医院荣誉护士的绩效有部分显著影响,动机变量对乐邦地区综合医院荣誉护士的绩效有部分显著影响,薪酬变量和动机变量对乐邦地区综合医院荣誉护士的绩效同时有显著影响。关键词:薪酬,激励,护士绩效
