This research is based on the fact that occupational health insurance and occupational safety insurance have a positive effect on employee performance. looking for whether there is an effect of occupational health and safety guarantees on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) area S2JB Bengkulu Branch. In this research, the type of research is quantitative, which means the type of research based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to examine certain populations or samples. The object of this research is all permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Region S2JB Bengkulu Branch, totaling 50 employees and the sampling technique used by the researcher for this research is saturated/census sampling, which is a sampling technique if all of the population is used as a sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire By using multiple linear regression analysis technique, the results of this study can be concluded that the occupational health insurance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work safety insurance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study expects to decide the impact of occupation fulfillment and occupation devotion on hierarchical citizenship conduct in representatives of PT. Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Business Partner, Bengkulu City. the populace utilized in this study were all representatives of PT. Indosat Ooredoo Mobile Business Partner, Bengkulu City. the quantity of tests utilized upwards of 54 respondents. The information that has been gathered is handled utilizing the Classical Assumption Test Technique, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (f-test). The aftereffects of this study show that somewhat the Job Satisfaction variable significantly affects the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Loyalty significantly affects the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment significantly affects the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior. While the F trial of Job Satisfaction, Job Loyalty and Organizational Commitment affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Problem formulation 1) Does reward have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? 2) Does leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? 3) Do rewards and leadership style together have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? This study aims to analyze whether rewards and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of the Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City totaling 30 employees. the sample is 30 people. Based on the results of the research Reward has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if the reward increases, the employee's performance will also increase. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and organizational support on employee performance at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test.The results of this study can be concluded that the Incentive variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Support has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives and Organizational Support together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.Keywords: Incentives, Organizational Support, Employee Performance

This study aims to find out the influence of soft skills, hard skills and motivation on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City. The population of this study was all RBTV employees numbering 50 people. All of those employees were sampled for research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using regression. The results of this study revealed that soft skills have a significant effect on employee performance, hard skills have a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City. Keywords: soft skills, hard skills, motivation and performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion through social media on Vlewless Kefir purchasing decisions in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumer of Vlewless Kefir in Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 75 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Product Quality variable has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Social Media Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality and Social Media Promotion together have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: Product Quality, Social Media Promotion, Purchase Decision

This study plans to decide the impact of web-based entertainment, patterns, item quality on interest in purchasing second marked garments at the Aem Second Store Hybrid Raya Store, Bengkulu City. The populace utilized in this study were shoppers of the Aem Second Store Hybrid Raya Store, Bengkulu City. the quantity of tests utilized upwards of 100 respondents. The information that has been gathered is handled utilizing Classical Assumption Test Techniques, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Partial Tests (t-test), Simultaneous Test (F-test). The consequences of this study demonstrate that to some extent the Social Media variable essentially affects the purchasing interest variable, the pattern fundamentally affects the purchasing interest variable and item quality altogether affects the purchasing interest variable. While the Social Media f Test, Trend, Product Quality impact Interest in Buying Second Branded Clothing at the Aem Second Store Hybrid Raya Store, Bengkulu City. This study entitled The Effect of Compensation, Work Ability and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of compensation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu.This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu collected as many as 50 people and sampling using the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.784 + 0.1,080 (X_1) + 0.319 (X2) + 0.482 (X3) . This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.868 or (86,8%) through testing hypotheses together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3), = 0.000 meaning that fsig value < 0.050 indicates significantly together and have a significant effect.Keywords: Compensation, Work Ability, Work Environment, Employee Performance
