PLN (Persero) area S2JB Bengkulu Branch. In this research, the type of research is quantitative, which means the type of research based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to examine certain populations or samples. The object of this research is all permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Region S2JB Bengkulu Branch, totaling 50 employees and the sampling technique used by the researcher for this research is saturated/census sampling, which is a sampling technique if all of the population is used as a sample. This study aims to find out the influence of soft skills, hard skills and motivation on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City. The population of this study was all RBTV employees numbering 50 people. All of those employees were sampled for research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using regression. The results of this study revealed that soft skills have a significant effect on employee performance, hard skills have a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion through social media on Vlewless Kefir purchasing decisions in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumer of Vlewless Kefir in Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 75 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Product Quality variable has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Social Media Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality and Social Media Promotion together have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. This study entitled The Effect of Compensation, Work Ability and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of compensation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu collected as many as 50 people and sampling using the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.784 + 0.1,080 (X_1) + 0.319 (X2) + 0.482 (X3) . This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.868 or (86,8%) through testing hypotheses together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3), = 0.000 meaning that fsig value < 0.050 indicates significantly together and have a significant effect.
