In this design, a certain number of sensors and corresponding peripheral circuits were applied to collect the states of temperature and water level of the boiler automatically. The system obtained an excellent dynamic response for constant temperature controlling by means of fuzzy PID control algorithm. Remote monitoring function was well realized by transfer the alarm data and control signals to the remote terminals wirelessly by using GSM module. Abstract
This paper presented a complete design of a new boiler control system based on STC15F2K61S2 MCU and SIM900A GSM module.
