The careful analysis of the components of ECG enables the medical experts to detect the minor abnormalities of the heart and suggest effective treatment. This paper proposes an effective method of analyzing the ECG to detect the various abnormalities. After the collection and analysis of the ECG signal, behavioral and dynamic features can be obtained from the signal followed by two methods of classification by factor and feature testing. The proposed work for this paper has been implemented using MATLAB.
