Expressions for definition of a dispersion of errors of measurement both in the presence only additive hindrances, and at action on a signal multiplicative hindrance are received. The coefficients making it possible to estimate the influence of multiplicative noises on deterioration of accuracy of the tracking meter characteristics are introduced. Abstract

The analysis of the non-energy signal parameter tracking meter under the influence of additive white noise and multiplicative noise is carried out.
