На землю с ее почвами, лесами, недрами, водными ресурсами и недвижимостью приходится более 80 % от общей величины национального достояния России, получаемого от труда, капитала, ренты. Поэтому перед государством стоит наиглавнейшая задача — в кротчайшие сроки вовлечь самый богатый в мире земельный капитал обширных российских территорий в устойчивое и эффективное развитие и обеспечить на его основе повышение качества жизни нашего народа. There are more than 80% of total value of Russian national heritage depends on the ground with its soils, forests, mineral resources, water resources, and real estate, produced by labor, capital, rent. Therefore, there is an important task which the state should solve – in the shortest possible time to involve the richest land in the world in the sustainable and effective development and ensure that it will be based on improving the quality of our people’s life.
