On the other hand, there is a lot of potentially available radio spectrum (TV White Space) due to the switchover from analogue to digital broadcasting and dissimilarities in the use of TV channels in different geographic areas - the spectrum, which can be used by the existing and new wireless communication systems. Abstract

Wireless communications nowadays play a significant role in offering wide range of opportunities, which form a dynamic, “on-the-go” environment for personal and business communications, enhancing people's and systems' productivity and much more. On the other hand, due to the fact that radio spectrum is practically limited resource, emergence of new wireless systems enlarges the risk of different devices interfering with one another, or services being delivering with lower than expected quality (QoS).
