The 67 responders to a questionnaire who were all working for PT Duta Jaya Teknik Surabaya provided the information used. The findings of this study show that employee engagement and work-life balance both positively affect employees’ performance at PT. Abstract

When PT Duta Jaya Teknik Surabaya is unable to meet performance goals, work-life balance and employee engagement play a part in influencing employee performance and the amount of work completed by employees in carrying out their duties or obligations in accordance with applicable standards for each company. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee engagement and work-life balance affect employee performance at PT Duta Jaya Teknik Surabaya.
