In this study, fifty employees of PT POS Indonesia’s Bangkalan Branch participated as respondents. The basic data used in this study came from questionnaires that were distributed. The technique used is partial least square data analysis (PLS). Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the effects of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at the PT POS Indonesia Bangkalan Branch.
