Realizing the green construction of the pile foundation can promote the sustainable development of construction industry. The comparison between the green construction scheme of the pile foundation needs to be solved by the scientific theory system. The pile foundation engineering includes four pile foundation. The basic theory of green construction includes the foreign status of green construction, the domestic status of green construction, the concept of green construction and the main content of green construction etc. The improved value engineering theory introduces the analytic hierarchy process to the function evaluation of the value engineering. Combined with the requirement of the green construction and the characteristics of the pile foundation, the evaluation index system of the pile foundation green construction is established. Combined with the improved value engineering theory and the establishment of the pile foundation green construction evaluation index system, establish the evaluation model of the pile foundation green construction scheme. The model can thoroughly analyze the function of the green construction scheme, scientifically determine the function coefficient of the construction plan, and guide the whole process of the construction.
