Abstract

A compact D-band power amplifier (PA) is designed in $0.5\mu \text{mInP}$ DHBT, which consisted of a 4-way 4-stage common-emitter cell and transmission line power divider/combiner. The symmetrical T-junction transmission line also performs as an impedance match component for input and output.
