It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development and operation of the new R&D system. This research applies the systematic thinking to carry out the connotation of new R&D system with new interpretation on the basis of the complex adaptive system theory, and the complex adaptive characteristics of the complex adaptive system are analyzed to establish the complex adaptive system operation model of new R&D system, while the adaptive mechanisms of its multi-agent such as learning, collaboration, emergence, etc., are studied. Study results show that, the new R&D system is complex adaptive system, it is the emergence results for adapting with environmental changes. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the operation model and adaptive mechanism of new R&D system. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development and operation of the new R&D system. This research applies the systematic thinking to carry out the connotation of new R&D system with new interpretation on the basis of the complex adaptive system theory, and the complex adaptive characteristics of the complex adaptive system are analyzed to establish the complex adaptive system operation model of new R&D system, while the adaptive mechanisms of its multi-agent such as learning, collaboration, emergence, etc., are studied. 新型研发系统复杂自适应系统运行模型及自适应机制研究
本文的目的是研究新型研发系统的运行模式和适应机制。这对新型研发体系的开发和运行具有重要的理论和现实意义。本研究在复杂适应系统理论的基础上,运用系统思维对新型研发系统的内涵进行了新的解读,分析了复杂适应系统的复杂适应特征,建立了新型研发系统的复杂适应系统运行模型,同时研究了其多主体的学习、协作、涌现等适应机制。研究结果表明,新型研发系统是一个复杂的自适应系统,是适应环境变化的产物。因此,各项相关政策的制定应系统地考虑适应性、非线性、蝴蝶效应、系统层次结构、整体性等特点。
