Abstract

The development model of low-carbon cities is based on low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions. Taking Taiyuan City as an example, this paper combines the construction status of Taiyuan City and the existing low-carbon city evaluation index system. 太原市低碳城市建设指标分析
低碳城市的发展模式是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的。本文以太原市为例,结合太原市的建设现状和现有的低碳城市评价指标体系。首先,运用主成分分析法,从低碳城市低碳经济、低碳能源、低碳环境三个不同视角构建城市低碳竞争力评价指标体系。为了分析太原市三大指标的年度变化。二是运用因子分析法对太原市2010 - 2016年的年度发展状况进行评价。本文构建了以12个指标为主要指标的低碳城市建设与发展规划指标体系,为太原市实现低碳建设提供数据分析和研究。
