Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the influence of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions at Dinas Perikanan Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions. With total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 41 people. 本研究问题的提法为:组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度对丹中巴莱Dinas Perikanan Kota Tanjungbalai员工离职意向的影响是怎样的?本研究旨在探讨组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度对员工离职意向的影响。采用全抽样技术,本研究的样本为41人。结果表明:组织承诺部分正向影响员工离职意向(3.882);工作环境对2988名员工离职意向有部分正向影响;工作满意度对员工离职意向有部分正向影响(2.646);组织承诺、工作环境和工作满意度同时对员工离职意向有显著的正向影响(24,881)。
