The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence competency on employees performance. There is influence team work on employees performance. There is job culture on employees performance. There is influence of competency, team work and job culture on employees performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of competency on employees performance. For know influence and analize team work on employees performance. For know influence and analize job culture on employees performance. For know influence and analize competency, team work and job culture on employees performance. The sample in this research is 48 employees, with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research result competency influence positive and significant on employees performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether discipline, HR competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, HR competence and job characteristics on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The sample in this study were all employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, amounting to 56 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate; Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Human resource competence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Job characteristics partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Discipline, HR competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity

This research was conducted in Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The population in this study were all employees in each division numbering 187 people with the samples taken just 65 people, the determination of sample collection using random sampling. Instrument or data collection techniques in this study using a multiple choice test that has been in tingakat its validity and reliability. test the classical assumption of normality test, multikolienaritas and heterokedesitas and hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. Validity of test results obtained rhitung rtabel for each item reliability test questions and questionnaires obtained a Cronbach alpha of each variable is 0,822 for the variable X1, 0,864 for the variable X2 and 0.859 for the variable X3 to 0.922 for the variable Y. This value is greater than the level that is significantly r-tabel 0.361. The data analysis of each variable regression equation Y = 15,086 + 0,400X1 + 0,326X2 + 0,936X3 + e. Retrieved R2 of 0.517, which means the X1,X2 and X3 explain the effect on variable Y by 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is explained by other variables outside the research. The resulting partial test each independent variables affect the dependent variable with research significance less than 0.05, and the results of the test-simultaneous calculation of 10.707 with a 3.150 Ftabel which means Fhitung F table with a level of significant (α) 0,000 0, 05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance at Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

The formulation  in this study is how the influence ofjob  satisfaction,quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance.  The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect ofjob  satisfaction, quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance. This  research  is a  descriptive quantitative research.  Data  collection  techniques  are carried out through interviews,  lists of questions and documentation studies.  The sample in this study  was 67 teachers.   Variables are measured on a Likert scale.   Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis through F test and t test.Simultaneous   test   results  showed   that  job   satisfaction,   work  quality   and   work achievement  had a significant  effect on  teacher performance variables. In part,  job satisfaction has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance,  quality of work life has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance and work achievement has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

The effectiveness of work needs to be considered because it has a great effect on the interests of the organization. Effectiveness means that a pre-planned goal can be achieved or in other words the goal achieved due to the activity process. Effectiveness can also be viewed so that the implementation of administration more achieves the results as planned, achieves the goals to be achieved and more successfully useful or appropriate. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines on the effectiveness of employee work in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province.  This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to find out the influence or relationship between free variables and bound variables. The results showed that partial work conflicts had a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially, individual characteristics have a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Simultaneously the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work.
