Abstract

In this paper, we use FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) to measure the signal. At the first, we paste the FBG on an elastic-slice of cantilever beam, and setup onto the sensor. When this sensor affected by the external environment, it will makes the FBG center-wavelength shift. The length of this elastic-slice is adjustable in this paper. So, we can control the sensing sensitivity by adjust the length of elastic-slice to adapt the different environment. In this way, we reduce the practical application cost of sensor.
