The formulas and graphs for estimating the output voltage as a function of the converter and load parameters are obtained. Abstract

This paper presents the method and results of calculating the output voltage of the boost-converter with Cockroft-Walton voltage multiplier according to the values of the capacitors and the load. The combination of boost-converter with voltage multiplier provides a very high voltage gain, which can be adjusted by changing the duty cycle of the boost converter.
