The ecosystem, modular and project approach to the organization of the school of engineering entrepreneurship was used. In addition, the methodology of innovation management, engineering entrepreneurship and system analysis was used in the work.The first experience of creating and developing an innovative educational model in a branch transport university the School of Engineering Entrepreneurship, created by the staff of the PGUPS is presented. Abstract
