There are many problems regarding the fulfillment of inclusive education like educational facilities and teaching methods are not yet accessible, The inclusive education system in Indonesia has not yet been built systematically, etc. Indonesia need to make National Strategy to realize Inclusive Education. This research emphasizes the responsibilities of the state in the fulfillment of inclusive education for persons with disabilities in Indonesia. 国家在实现残疾人全纳教育中的责任:以印度尼西亚为例
