Abstract
The features of improving resistance to gravitational overload and motion sickness in aviation specialists by means of physical training are considered, the orientation, structure, content and methodology of physical training are determined. The data obtained allow us to conclude that the developed training methods have a positive effect on many functional indicators of the body of pilots, which contributes to adaptation to flight activities in a short time.
Key words: gravitational overload, motion sickness, physical training, flight activity.
