Significance level in this study was considered α<0/05 Findings: From 750 Female-headed households contributing to the project, 708 completed questionnaires (response rate 94%). Mean ± SD age of participants was 53.3± 19.18. According to the results, a total average life quality score was 46.08 and 79 % of Female-headed households had a problem in terms of general health. A woman’s with better general health in this study had a better quality of life according to results (p= <0.001). Discussion & Conclusions: Results of this study an emphasis on low quality of life of in women heads of households and their association with various aspects of general and mental health in this group.
