The role of educational institutions in monitoring the activities of cadets when practicing outside the campus environment is currently being neglected by many factors. This Research are intending to explore the problems appear during training process, from the preparation and registration section, onboard section and after training. Abstract

Indonesia has many huge challenges in maritime sector as it rank second after Canada as a country that has the longest coastline in the world.
