How to manage knowledge resources is a key element to the organization competitiveness. Classroom is an intensive field where knowledge conglomeration. For a traditional classroom, affecting by the central-peripheral structure of teachers and students, the allocation of knowledge resources takes the form of uneven and non-ecological state. In the SPOC teaching mode, knowledge allocation is design for student's studying and their absorbing. Since the forms of knowledge resources are diversified and fragmented in the information times, and its allocation taking the forms of multi-centered and decentralized. Knowledge resources are distributed in a whole teaching process instead of only in teaching classes.
