Thirdly, the decision-making scheme is scored and ranked based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Finally, the improved method is compared with the single AHP or TOPSIS method by introducing the adjacent scheme differentiation method. Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and high manufacturing cost caused by the disorder of order sorting in manufacturing enterprises. This paper presents an improved Delphi-AHP-TOPSIS method. Firstly, Delphi method is used to determine the main evaluation criteria and sub-criterion by experts.
