Abstract

This paper selects the four districts of Beijing-Shunyi District, Tongzhou District, Huairou District and Pinggu District, integrates with the strong points of Beijing-1 small satellite ("autonomous control, flexible and maneuverable, short re-visit period") as well as those of survey-type GPS "Star of Survey" (easy operation, high mapping precision) ("Double Star Mode for short"), carries out quarterly survey on land use changes survey in the four demonstration and application districts and makes analysis of the demonstration and application in terms of operation, technology and fund. 双星结合土地利用现状调查新模式的系统研究与示范应用
本文选取北京-顺义区、通州区、怀柔区、平谷区4个区,结合北京-1小卫星“自主控制、灵活机动、回访周期短”的优势,以及测量型GPS“测量之星”(简称“双星模式”)操作简便、测绘精度高的优势,对四个示范应用区域的土地利用变化调查进行季度调查,并从操作、技术、资金等方面对示范应用进行分析。实践证明,该模式能够实现土地调查“月结季积”的工作目标,将以往的年度变更调查缩短为季度调查,节省了大量的人力、物力和资金。该模式为经济发达地区开展土地利用调查提供了技术参考。
