Measurement result shows that the value of heart-beat is calculated the times of the alternately variation between the high and low than the average value for the intension of the processed images during a constant time. The accuracy of measured data is reach 98% compared with the consumer equipment. Abstract

In the paper, the non-invasive body bio-information sensor with Video color Magnification (VM) image processing approach to extract the value of heart-beat is proposed.
