Creating Digital Learning Resources as WEB services

Abstract

This meta-paper describes a contextual approach to virtual teaching and places special emphasis on the use of DLR (Digital Learning Resources), and the difficulties inherent in its implementation on platforms, since its creation, the need for interoperability, search and validation of the same. The possibility of taking advantage of web services is proposed, in the design of a method that allows the co-creation of VLO (Virtual Learning Objects), fulfilling some work objectives and developing an experimental validation process to measure the achievement of the proposed objectives.
