Abstract

The article considers construction of the device for implementation of the smooth start-up, the brake and positioning of asynchronous engines allowing to minimize the quantity of force semiconductor keys and to meet requirements to energy saving. The ways to reduce mass-dimensional indices of the booster transformer, which is a constructive basis of the offered device, by the drive elimination of a network low frequency component of tension in its primary winding are shown. The decision efficiency is confirmed by the analysis of the direct and smooth positioning patterns for the asynchronous engine in the computer program Matlab/Simulink.
