Abstract
The problems of intensive operation and wear, up to critical values, of electrical submersible installations (ESI) as part of the power supply systems of the oil industry are considered. Methods for assessing reliability in the power supply systems (PSS) of the oil industry are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are assessed. A methodology is proposed for improving the reliability of ESI PSS of oil production enterprises (OPE), describing the state of the system according to logical and structural principles, which is implemented on the example of submersible electric motors (SEM) as the most critical unit of ESI. A mathematical model (MM) of the probability of the failure of the SEM and its elements was derived, obtained on the basis of structural-functional modeling with allowance for residual life.
