The cases of PEC reflector and metasurface reflector are considered and a 28 GHz Luneburg lens has been simulated in CST Microwave Studio. Abstract
In this paper the theoretical methodology of lens antennas augmented with metasurfaces is proposed and demonstrated with a 28 GHz 2D Luneburg lens.
